They only built around 2000 575s and only around 580 came to the US, so not that common. Plus, they do not break too often.

In the 12 years that I've enjoyed my 2005 575, I've only seen two Maranellos. The first time in NJ where I live and the second time in Palm Beach on holiday.
    They're definitely uncommon.

My 575 rides very well, great visibility and has ample effortless smooth power and really wants to move. I don't think I ever had more then half throttle,,

I wanted to write something about the F1 shifter, it takes a lot of work and effort out of driving, particularly in any kind of traffic
the only complaint i have is having to look for which gear i am in

In my area, i have seen one 550 but that is it

taz- I’m an old member here and finally a 575 owner. You always were the source with so much information on the 575’s. Can you point me in the right direction for suspension light issues/diagnostics. Mine just went on today.

Often just parking on a slanted parking spot will set off the suspension lamp. As soon as she is driven a bit, the lamp goes out. You need to get a read-out on what codes the system has recorded to figure it out. Here is a laundry list of what can give you a suspension lamp.
Shock ECU, battery, wheel sensor, acceleration sensor, suspension lamp, solenoid, sensors, speed signal, brake signal, and sport switch. Make sure you are not in low traction mode.

Thank you Taz, even after 10+ years you are still so reliable to answer any stranger.

Additionally i subscribed as a silver 5 year member today and i don’t see any attachments opening in threads that I’m reading. It says I don’t have access. Anything simple that I am missing ? And to post pictures of my one car from my photo library is there another simple process?

Much thanks for answering some rookie questions.

Starting the car three or more times in a row without driving off can also trigger the suspension light. Drive your car around for several miles to cancel the error code. If the light comes on again on restarting, you'll have to delve further into the matter.

Thank you all for engaging in this thread I started….thank you also for the pics on that red one ….. I am very excited. I do Anne a question : what’s the minimum clutch life I should expect when making the purchase ? Also , belts were changed in 2016 and car has never been driven since , should I still have them change the belts ?

The recommendation is 30K miles or 5 years.
A belt failure sure would be expensive with valves and pistons in the same place at the same time!
My 2004 has ~18.5K miles and 65% clutch left.

Race4- Make sure you are signed in. If not signed in, no photos and no posting photos. Right now, you are not showing as subscribed, so you need to check on that.

Photos are easy. Just select UPLOAD A FILE and browse to the photo you want and hit enter. That gets the photo on the post and then you can select FULL IMAGE to get it to show in your post.
