At present there are more than 50 SF90 Stradale's listed for sale on Dupont Registry in the USA. This exceeds the number of 812 Superfast listings and is generally more than double the number of each of the F8 Tributo, F8 Spider and 812 GTS listings. The "exodus" seems even more significant considering the relatively fewer SF90 deliverers to date vs some of the other cars. For those of you who are selling or may have a view, please share what is driving this, e.g., the rumored VS, upcoming SF90 Spider deliveries, a lack of interest in ownership or something else? Feels like a flood of cars are now in the market and given the asking prices longer shelf times or price cuts are inevitable.

I think lot of flippers out there in the Ferrari world just like other makes, so people trying to make a quick buck. All are well over msrp but everything will come down...

Dealers are not allowed to sell fresh SF90 add Spiders incoming dealers are making hay over limited supply and owners are driving for free - Ferrari is sold out basically for the next few years.
Factories are behind add dealers are taking allocations on other brands adding ADM.
Economy seems to be in recovery - anyway hoping for prices to come down is a silly way to buy a Ferrari - imo as it's the only brand that doesn't allow ADM and no one I know is giving up their place in line - just the opposite. Understand second hand cars but dealers only get 40 - 50 Ferrari's a year and choose who gets their allocation. Over paying at an F dealer has always been a thing to bump up in line - same reason people go TM which is ridiculously backed up.

Makes sense… yes allocations are gold right now. Let’s see how quickly the SF90 resale inventory clears as net net it’s been building over the last few months. But even if prices soften a bit there is a lot of premium to MSRP to play with for the reasons you stated. Lucky times for those with orders in!

LOL most ads are asking near $1 million dollars for a $600,000 car. Try to order a new one from Ferrari they are sold out. All car prices are super inflated, things will normalize and inventory will drop.

Makes sense, a buddy who has never owned 1 Ferrari walked into a Florida dealer and ordered a new SF90 Spider, no prob, this was 2 years ago, he's also getting ready to flip it

I've been watching these prices closely as well--I was unable to get an SF90 allocation, but would like to buy one at some point. My gut tells me that a lot of people are trying to get out while they can still profit as spiders, etc. are coming out now.

Scarcity plus inflation plus the threat of recession- sell now if you’re going to sell and take the money and run.

Makes sense. But they will come down.

This sale of new F cars is not limited to the SF90..There are 49 F8 Spiders for sale on Cars.com - the lowest price I found over purchase price was $170K - most are seeking to get a profit of $200- $250K. I have an order in for a SF90 Spider, which I ordered a year ago, and my delivery is undoubtedly affected by so many new cars purchased solely to make a big profit. I had considered a used F8 Spider but am not willing to pay such a premium.

I too have an order in for SF90 Spider. Regarding F8 Spider prices, I have one (2021), and with triple layer paint and most carbon fiber options, msrp was $475K. With sales tax over $500K. I've not checked specs, but seeing a lot of these selling for $550K does seem to me to be that big of a jump.

Sorry, my typing got away from me. I meant to say that $550K does NOT seem to be a large jump.

I've also noticed how more than with any recent series production car from Ferrari, there seems to be a lot of SF90 for sale...

50 on Ferrari.com, 73 on AutoTrader, and 2-3+ available with each of the dealers I've checked in with

Could very much be wrong but feels more than 458/488/F8 series when they were somewhat new to the scene, same for F12/812

The car is phenomenal. Only reason I’m selling mine is because I have the Spider arriving sometime soon. If not for the Spider order, I would gladly have kept and enjoyed my Stradale.

Please share if you know of anyone looking. Mine is a 2022 in Grigio Medio. All the CF and only 250 miles.

Not that I've seen. The prices for SF90 on CarGuru have dropped by ~$100k on average over the last couple months.

Ferrari is sold out for the next 4 years so at this moment its a sellers market. I think there are a lot of SF90's for sale not only due to flipping, but I think when people first ordered they thought the car was the next hypercar, limited, and now that the see its not, and just a regular production car, they are not focused on keeping it as much. They have 3 years of production left on the SF90, and its all sold out. I think originally a bunch of people bought JUST to flip, so they are trying to sell for good money while the can, if all stays as is, it will be a sellers market for the next four years.

My dealer: F8 100 to 150 over, 812 GTS 250 over, Pista 50 to 100 over (they made to many Pista's)

SF90's are starting to come down, I was offered a low MSRP one for sticker the other day, 3K miles. 4 months ago everyone was trying to get 1M, not now.

I think SF90s will continue to come out as they deliver more, including the spider. What will be interesting is how the market reacts when the Aventador replacement arrives (rumored to by NA V12 hybrid), and 720s replacement (potentially V8 hybrid). I suspect both these cars will have 1000hp as well
