What do I need to remove to access the AC condenser fan to see if it is working ?
AC fuse blows shortly after AC is turned on . My indy said to check it before any disassembly of compressor lines

Test the clutch coil for a short, if its blowing fuses you have a short somewhere. You can put a separate supply to it with an inline fuse and see if it blows.
Looking at the drawing it shows the AC condenser but no fan, are you sure it has its own fan or is it in series with the cooling water radiator so the one fan is cooling both.

Yes I just looked at the diagram and didn’t see a separate fan either . I think the AC guy I spoke to gave me a generic AC answer so I doubt that’s the problem as the car has no temperature issues otherwise .
I’ll check the clutch coil . I hope it’s that easy.

    In summary:

The RH fan is a combined engine/AC fan. Fuse for the fan is in the forward luggage compartment.
The only thing on the AC fuse is the compressor clutch. Fuse is behind the driver (LHD car).

Disconnect the compressor clutch connector and see if the fuse still blows.

    Why didn’t I think of that ? :(
Time to do timing belts anyway. May as well do it all while I’m there.
    Thanks
