Do you think there could be a lot of damage made on bearings or spans because driving it 3000kms during 4 years with the same oil? I don't think it is possible to know that before buying it and then open the case. Any advices?
No, absolutely not. Yes, ideally you change the oil every year, or year+. But 3000km is very little driving, and oil isn't milk -- it doesn't really go bad, especially not the modern synthetics. This particular thing should not worry you.

No, I'm not worried about the sill. Just to show how rusty it is. I don't understand how you can leave such a thing in a 355 that's all. I saw the owner today and he explains to me that he washed the car and forgot to dry the right sill and let the car parked for 6 months. Anyway, this is certainly the first thing I will fix if I buy this car.
