Bleed clutch first, Actuator second and Ediff last then follow procedure that is in the first box on picture I attached after you bed in clutch

    Simple bed in procedure

bring to temp .. drive 30 minutes without going over 4k .. shifting freq, no jack rabbit starts , then do low torque starts - about 5- 10 times , then medium starts and then high torque starts .. a few reverse gears too.. then come home and let idle for 5 mins then move car shifting 1-2-1 and then hit brake for one min .. repeat the last part 3 times

The Challenge clutch is a sintered paddle clutch. It has a totally different friction coefficient to the stock organic clutch, and given that friction coefficient is a key part of the software model that controls clutch release, I think its a mistake to use that clutch in an F1 car not designed for one.

I'll be surprised if it works at all actually on stock firmware!

The Challenge clutch material (sintered) wears out quickly if slipped - if driving a paddle clutch you need to be off and in the clutch quickly. Clutch life will be significantly shorter than with an organic clutch. It doesn't make sense to me as CFC301 clutch life is good.

If you want to use any other clutch on a factory AMT tcu you really need to use data logging and calibrate the internal settings (in other words proper OEM style integration) to prevent adverse side effects like dramatically reduced lifespan etc.

I use a lightweight racing flywheel for example which is significantly reduced weight and allows the car to rev much faster (bit like a sports bike), on a gated car it's no problem, you adjust how you engage your clutch in your brain after a few usages but on F1 it doesn't work without recalibration.

Each side of the clutch should be 5.6mm

Thanks, I haven’t yet measure my old one yet, will update once I do that.

however before I replace my clutch, I do have a problem which I tho was the clutch position sensor, my car once warmed up, the N do blink and fail to start, after I put it in first and then back in N, it then won’t blink and can start.
After the test drive today with new clutch and all things bleed including ediff, after the car is warmed up, same thing happen again. So the garage adjusted the Pin in the actuator for a tiny bit, after several adjustment, the gear learning process was done successfully, however once I start the car, at first it do go into 1gear and then I put it into R, and then up a gear and it was reacting slowly and then turned into 2nd and then back into N and the N start to blink, we did another bleed and gear learning several times, but it’s still the same

    Anyone please
