    Hello,

I run a classic car service in the north of Poland. From time to time we deal with vintage or young timer Ferraris. This time I was asked by my client to collect some information on the vehicle that he owns for 17 year. Any info appreciated.

The chassis number might also be relevant......

I assume you are right. This is what happens when you want to react in a hurry. I completely missed the chassis number in the topic title :(

I have nothing on 13275 in my database. But you really should ask Marcel, his knowledge is far superior than mine.

Thanks a lot! Maybe by any chance you could dig out the engine/gearbox number?

Wouldn’t it be easier/simpler for you or your client if you have the car in your possession ?

Appreciate your concern, however the fact that the car is Blue/Blue now doesn’t mean it has left the factory that way. As far as I know it was popular to change the colour of interior or exterior on customers demand at the dealership. Furthermore Daytonas have every fragile gearboxes and very powerful engines So very likely the gearbox could have been replaced. Thats why I’m Asking for the factory details. Simple as that.

I was merely referring to engine and transaxle (or body construction sequence) numbers which you should be able to find on the car.
OTOH, if you already know those and simply wish to have confirmation of their accuracy, I would recommend contacting Marcel Massini directly* and request to purchase his report on this car (13275).

    * You should be able to find his email information on several related threads on this forum.

    Hello Mr Massini,

I am sure that more than one. That would be much appreciated if we could move this conversation into private. I truly admire your contribution in classic Ferraris world. Have used your reports in a few cases. Furthermore I do understand that gathering such information is time & effort which can’t be left unrewarded.

    Best Regards,
    Maciej Salasinski
