    Do you remember when you 1st heard this album?

    I do it was when my than and still is best friend Martin came over to our home , must have been pre March 1974, as my stepfather still had is Falcon XA GT,which he traded in on a new XB GT in March '74.

    Martin came over with the album ,and said "have a listen to this "

    Our than home had a large lounge and outside balcony, on goes the vinyl and the speakers are cranked up!

    Just blew us both away ........

    We both just smiled to this song...........:rolleyes:



    Was this the very 1st political album?

    Today on triple MMM thingy they played the full album and iit jagged my memory ...Not bad 700 plus weeks in the top 100 albums ,as said , Generations keep buying it ..

    Unquestionably in the top 5 albums of all time, IMO.

    Still regularly listen to it and it moves me as much as it ever did.

    For me was probably around 1985 or so the first time I heard it right through.
