    He blames himself, and didn't mention the throttle in the clip I saw.

    I think this throttle excuse is a good way to hide driver's mistake.

    Yeah, Leclerc said it was the throttle during his shout out on team radio when he was in the wall.

    Then, in his post race interview, Leclerc took full responsibility of his error.

    He mentioned the throttle when he was trying to reverse out of the barrier. Seems he couldn't get the car to reverse.

    Carlos driver of the day, no mistake, the best result he could get (with fastest lap) given his starting position (and the 5s penalty offered by the team)...
    Not bad for a driver some want to quickly assign to #2 seat in the team.

    Charles tossed any claim to team #1/leader today. Carlos is an under rated, gritty tough F1 driver right now. He is a smart driver. Much like Rosberg.
