I just bought a 2018 488 spider and discovered if I hold the center left side button behind the steering wheel about 2 seconds it activates Siri which allows me to “read my texts”;”send text” make call etc . This is a wonderful function that I was very happy to discover. Push button briefly and you get the Ferrari software, hold it a bit longer and you can access Siri functions.

No offense my friend, but I feel like if you're pre-occupied reading and sending texts via Siri in a 488, then you're really not enjoying the experience of driving the 488.

On the contrary…….I don’t ever want to ever get out of the car…I want to live in the car….so of course I need to figure out how to do basic human functions……eat….sleep….and hmmm? ;-) Seriously I found the function by accident and it is one of the only functions I find useful in my cars and I just wanted to be helpful if there were others that weren’t aware of this.

Him? I wonder if it functions the same way in an F8? I’ll give it a try.
