the Alfa V6 is not built in Maranello, it is built at another fiat plant in Termoli

alfieri would have been effectively a 2 seater with very small back seats. The GranTurismo has usable rear seats. With limited budget, hard to justify producing two cars that are strictly 2 seats while producing the MC 20. The Alfieri was to be priced to compete with the base 911, Jaguar F Type etc. the GranTurismo is at a higher price point and more profitable

Not knowing specific details of the Alfieri as apparently you do, I was referring to the styling of the Alfieri. Meaning, they could have produced a vehicle of similar size as the GT but using styling features of the Alfieri.

My only Maser experience was a good one. I brought a used 2004 Vintage Spyder for $60k. It was a beautiful car. The interior was to kill for. Women loved that car. (Men loved my Maranello, but I don’t swing that way.) Yeah, it sucked on the track, but who cared? It had a cool V8. I would have preferred a stick, but you get what you need instead of what you want. I have never seen a Ferrari come close to that interior.

I drove it for a year and sold it. Anybody want to guess for how much?

For sure a great car as what it is...but designwise its a disappointment. Hope the interior is better than with the old GranTurismo....

Seems like this might be the best looking Gran Turismo yet. I wonder if they were allowed to charge it after the drive, with Cali asking EV owners not to charge their cars due to high usage

IMO the Alfieri is much better looking than the Roma...

The thing in the roof, which I assume is a camera or some type of sensor, is very distracting. Wish they would have integrated it better with the body. Otherwise, I like it.

Yeah I wondered how/why they managed to put that carbuncle on there. It must be awfully important?

This new version looks like they're following Porsche's 911 theme of gradual styling changes. I like that.

Very nice, and would stick to old fashioned power…500kg weight gain and limited range not for me.

Looks like a winner. But I also love our 2014 so not sure I would see a need to trade up.

My 2014 has a shark fin although I think it is smaller than the one on the new design…

doesn’t bother me but I agree the lines are better without it. I’m guessing it’s for gps and satellite radio.
