I would guess Beverly Hill would offer even less. I really like BAT Bring A Trailer. Take the time to enroll and just tell the truth about the car, as you have done here. It will find a good home at the highest price possible. My red 308 GT4 came to me in excellent condition, and I just maintain it. To fix your car would be a huge project.

Hi from the UK. What would the car be worth completely restored?

    Whatever someone’s willing to pay!

But seriously, ballpark, like mentioned, the restoration could go north of $125k easily, but you’d have one of the nicest GT4’s if it’s done right. Strictly Ferrari lists them north of $150K and sells them, so I’d use that as a benchmark for a ZERO excuses 99-100pt car.

Ferrari Market Letter has them in the low $40k range. The were seriously undervalued for years but the prices have risen quite a bit in the last 3 or so. Even just to get it running and driving properly the current owner would be underwater. Sad to see any Ferrari in this state.

Sorry everyone. We were out of town on vacation.

Unfortunately I jacked up the car and have discovered much more rust on the car. At this point... I don’t think I would want to sell it to anyone who doesn’t come look at it in person. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Ha yeah. For some reason I stopped getting notifications when people replied to the post. I’d still get them via messenger though. BigTex texted me when I was in the air so by the time I got his text I was already rolling around beaches with my family. Ha.

That's called "normal rust" for a 1977, my man....

See the restoration thread on the car found in South Africa 308GTB Euro dry sump, and they are going all in on the rebuild!

The guys at the shop had a pretty reasonable $$ to spend about ten hours "assesment" and I would say they'd probably get it fired off....they couldn't help themselves..they were stoked to look over my car. The black Testarossa High mirror is still there, along with a 360 and a 458...and dozens of 911s....and a nice Aston that the valet wrecked....

Some offered more, some offered less... I feel it’s going to the right person. Good luck, Barron.

Its up in Washington State now with Barron. He texts me updates but I’ve been poor on replying to them. Life captured my attention with this COVID nonsense. Anyway… the last I know…He was able to get it running and even took it to an event up there. I know he replaced the wheels which look GREAT. He painted a stripe on it and put a number that relates to his father so now the car has been dubbed the Daddy O’Dino. That makes me happy. That being said… he found some serious rusting around the windowshield I believe. He has shelved it for the time being. I have pictures. Lemme search for them. Hang tight.
