Please advise if FCA members (or any other group) is primarily buying tickets in certain sections of the track. Thanks in Advance.
You can find any ticket you want through brokers Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
The FCA tickets in turns 12 and 15 sold out in hours after the announcement was made to Texas members several months ago. There was a rumor a month of two ago that COTA was considering erecting another grand stand but no news since that rumor circulated.
Great Bob; I’ll buy tickets in one of those sections. There are tickets available everywhere through brokers. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I think COTA has caused itself a problem with the "ticketless sales", brokers have absorbed huge blocks of seats, and are selling them at mark up. But it's still "In Ticketmaster"... The whole "ticketless Ticket" in the app was a major part of my problem, last year on Race Day. I had a Saturday/Sunday from a friend (at my elbow) but Ticketmaster was not leting him transfer it to me (Cell tower saturation? Or a glitch in the Ticketmaster software??) Good luck to everyone! I may come up for the parties though!
It is true. They just announced a new section. http://circuitoftheamericas.com/blog/2022/8/17/cota-unveils-spectacular-new-grandstand-seats-for-formula-1-aramco-united-states-grand-prix
Whew....read those comments....COTA continues to win the hearts and minds of race fans around the world!!
Actually, ...reasonable for that location for a Three Day. Good for them, except BOTs have them now....
Bob, Other than your house, do you know of any upper scale places to stay during race weekend, I am being asked, and I don't know the area like you do! S
I've been offered Grandstand tickets top row of Turn 4 for $850 a piece from their Hospitality Group - anyone want to join me? I won't mark it up
SF: Some suggestions Hyatt Lost Pines Resort would be the 1st choice Omni Barton Creek Country Resort The "W" downtown Austin The Driskill downtown Austin Hotel Granduca Hotel ZaZa Fairmont Austin
Don't discount going by the 4 Seasons Hotel for cocktails and people watching. The scenery there is usually outstanding, and there are some great cars parked out front.

Are there any Ferrari club or other good get togethers the week/weekend of the COTA GP? I’ve got cars that’ll be on display in the infield so we’ll be there a few days early to set up and probably won’t leave until Monday… trying to figure out if there’s anything else to plan for before renting a place.
Doesn’t seem like much is planned yet. How do I get my 458 on the infield? Sounds like a good deal for parking
It’s for challenge cars only and the spaces are full. Plus, you have to leave ‘em all weekend so not such a deal for parking if you wanna use your car!
