Hi Guys, I am on the hunt for a 458 and have seen this one on Carsales. A salesperson at another dealership made a comment questioning the car's history but didn't elaborate, so wondering whether any of you guys might know of the car or be able to shed any light on it's history? Bit sad, selling for a quick buck perhaps , I wouldn’t mind but that cars been very well looked after mechanically buy the previous long time owner, the mileage will scare a lot of punters but owned buy a mature gentleman that went on long runs, best thing for any car IMO.

 

I have it in my records as first appearing at a Pickles auction in August 2019, multiple Lloyds auction since that time as well as dealers in VIC and SA

 

Yep I went and had a look when it was at pickles, it was fine the body great, interior a bit tired but the motor ran beautifully, the service records went back years, I think it went for around $60k then, if you could live with the interiors patina it was a cool Ferrari.

 

Not again, when is this poor thing going to find a decent home?

Wow, price is up there for a UK car. Miles' car, I remember Russell helped him find it about 10 years ago

Just goes to show how much nicer UK cars are on average, better specs etc and not the poverty pack. Mine has luggage, FHP and spare wheel option. so must be $350k
