Looks pretty nice to me. The wife wants to switch her Portofino M order to this after seeing it. They have promised us it will be built but it seems as though it's on the tail end. We ordered it last October and still waiting..............

Or to 1-up the neighborhood Lambo, Merc, BWM, Porsche SUVs.

What's the pure-play sports car company now that Ferrari is building a sedan? Lotus?

I wouldn't bet on that if they make as little of them as it's rumored

When will it have its own model section on Ferrarichat?

After all the moaning and groaning, this thing clobbers expectations.

Total luxury lifestyle facilitator, 2 couples out to a big event, take the kids skiing, or a nice road trip, or go to a business meeting, or a cars and coffee, maybe just the coffee, take the dog for a walk at your vacation home.

So smart to put a high function control panel in front of the front passenger.

Extra wow factor stuff inside like the levetating HVAC controls front and rear, suicide doors, and the trick suspension.

Time to get a bigger order book.

Lotus also joined the SUV club with the Eletre.

What remains are Caterham, Donkervoort, Morgan Motor, and Ariel. Obviously not what you'd call "daily drivers" or "exotic", but definitely "analog fun".

Caterham: Old news broham - 2012- Renault... Ring any bells? Graham McDonald said its' back in play recently.
Morgan: Guess you've never seen the CX-T?
    Ariel: Just google "Ariel Nomad"

Guess we can write off those 3 three for violating their purity bonifides.

Somebody had to say it. The Cayenne saving Porsche is one of those lies that gets repeated so many times that people think is true. They were already making lots of money with the fried egg 911, the Cayenne was corporate (and legitimate) greed.

The Purosangue is just an easy and fast solution to the problem they had with their 4 seaters. Those haven´t been strong sellers since the 60s. They tried something different with the FF but it wasn´t enough, so now took the safe (but boring) route of the SUV.

Actually looks better than I thought it would, still don’t see the point in it though, especially at £450k specced

Doesn't ferrarichat need to create a separate heading for this among the different models?

There are so many options in this segment that do all of those things and then more. That lists gets even longer when you look at “lesser” manufactures who make their bread and butter serving this niche.

Which begs the inevitable question, do people buy it just for the emblem? :)

It may not have saved Porsche I dont know but the Cayenne invented the performance and sport SUV .. I test drove one of the very early S versions and having driven SUVs for the last several years prior iit was a remarkable improvement just tremendous change and my wife has now owned two cayenne Turbo versions and they are great .. Not only that on the same assembly line they build the audi the Lambo the BentLy and others it was and is a winner for Porsche

Showed it to my wife to get her impressions. A car to here is transportation and that’s it. She looked at it and said it looks like a SUV, she thought Ferrari would come up with something special. She does like the design of the Lambo.

I think its a great product and it will sell out!!!

I wonder if the lusso and FF will dip in values as they get traded in for this or there will be less demand for 4 seaters now that this is available?

Looks terrible in red. Blues may help.

Hope that rear door hinge is built STRONG.
