No rear wiper is a mistake that will probably be corrected after the complaints start..."aero breeze" from the roof 'blade' will not stop a dirty film from adhering to the rear window when wet and completely impair vision. This vehicle is meant to be daily driven...
I'm ok with this mainly because I hate the Urus and am desperate for the Urus crowd in LA to drive something more enjoyable to look at. Its a fickle bunch and they will flock to the pure blood. But I just watched the driving videos and remembered just how special the sound of a Ferrari V12 is. Really the main reason to buy is that motor.
They told me the same thing about my Lyriq. No rear wiper because the aero and spoiler make a wiper redundant. Yea, right. Put that in the owner's manual. They'll regret that decision. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I called my dealer yesterday to inquire about throwing down a deposit. They said 2 years already sold out and they would let me know if the list ever opens up..
I guess this is the sort of discourse you seek? You got it; your ideas are stupid, naive, and lack critical thinking. Hey, when in Rome, yeah? Before you get upset and report me to the mods, realize you literally defended this as the standard by which I should behave. So there you go. What can I say? I'm a people pleaser.
Beautiful car! I wonder how many folks at the Cadillac forum say it's ugly and a sacrilege. It always surprises me how quick some are to eat their own.
Lol, never mind. Either I didn’t convey my point correctly or you took it as an insult instead of friendly criticism. You do you.
So stupid your response. So naive and lacking in critical thinking. Ask, and you shall receive friend.
It's degraded to "I know you are, but what am I?" You got angry I responded strongly to a person calling me names 3 times, then you get mad when I behave the same exact way as the person you're defending. Make up your mind, sir. It would be funny if it wasn't just so darn sad. Though clarity often comes from tragic circumstances.
As I posted earlier I did not see that you were insulted and apologized for it. I’m not angry at all. Maybe just a little disappointed that it devolved to this point but I have no hard feelings towards you. Forget I said anything and carry on.
How can they not? Perfectly executed. So what are your thoughts about the Purosangue? I’ve noticed you’ve held back so far. Care to join the mosh pit?
All good this is all fun banter. We're just a bunch of blokes talking about toys. No harm, no foul. Folks get passionate about Ferrari; that's part of why I love this brand, this company, and its products. It takes emotions and amplifies them. Who am I to force you or anybody not to be a hater? Hate whatever you like, especially this SUV; I'm not the thought police. Cheers
For the record my dislike of SUV’s and trucks goes back a long way and ultimately it cost me my dream job. I went thru design school in the early 90’s. That was precisely the moment when the car industry shifted their focus to suvs and trucks. As a young aspiring designer the thought of spending all day designing rolling bricks was a nightmare. In my mind that would be like asking a composer to write commercial jingles. I dreamt of penning the next Vette or Ferrari! I even had the audacity in 94 to propose a mid engine Vette for my project! But that’s another story… Lol, unfortunately I didn’t hide this well and it must certainly cost me when I interviewed with Ford, GM and Chrysler. They needed young blood to churn out the next decade of crossovers and trucks. I don’t think they appreciated my nonstop adoration of Ferrari either. When asked what our favorite car was during interviews I was the only dummy to say Ferrari. My friends are all still in major studios. Ironically my instructor was the lead on the…. C8. And now I drive… a truck. :/ Life is a trip!
They said us the weight with all the fluids is 2.180 kg, (sayin' just for the record, indeed 2,5 tons with pax and luggages)[/QUOTE] True 2033 dry( including light weight options) 2180 curb Only driver 2250kg IF we add 4 average (depending where you live it might be skinny) adolts of 75 kg and some luggage we can reach 2.5 up to 2.6 t
I haven’t followed this thread at all, so haven’t read any posts past this page, apologies. I HATED the idea of a Ferrari suv, and will never be an actual buyer of a 400k suv, but after watching the videos, I think Ferrari did a knockout job. Looks terrific inside and out. As for complaints of missing the rear wiper, Ferrari has come a long way if that’s the main complaint! I used to drive my 911 daily, if the rear glass got that dirty, really meant I was well past a needed car wash I just hope ferrari really limits the production. Worst thing for the brand is to see one on the road everyday. Hopefully they make no more than their usual models. I used to think Maserati was special until the ghiblet arrived, now they are no better than Saab. Well, maybe Saab is cooler…
I just want to say thank you. You have driven this thread for years, Putting in a great deal of time while sharing great image and opinions along the way. Cheers Simon
