Our first, and thus far only, cucuzza squash from the garden. About two months later than it should be, thanks to our summer heat wave. Diced it up and then added spices, including eight cloves of garlic, and tomatoes to make a sauce. Went on pasta.

The pasta is hearts of palm, which my wife bought at Costco and decided she didn't like. It's OK with other flavors, especially spicy ones.

Thin crust pizza made with same sauce.

And, in other news, experiments continue with kalukki sharbat. Serrano was good. Habanero may have been one toke over the line. [emoji91][emoji91][emoji91]

As you can see, inspired by my favorite Indian street food videos, I not only made the drink but decided to make a mess while doing so.

A&W teen burger and onion rings. Teen burger is a bacon cheeseburger. Was on sale for $3.99.

We just did Chinese take out. It was the easiest option. Brother has the leftovers. I'm going to have a teen burger again at A&W. Have a grocery pick up at 6pm and A&W is in the same strip mall as the grocery store. In fact, curbside pick up is right across from A&W.

Keeping it super simple tonight. Mortgage Lifter and Pineapple tomatoes from the garden topped with avocado and mozzarella. A sprinkle of Malden sea salt. Fall colors :)

This was in the half off bin at Kroger. Sure, why not, I'm a thrill seeker! [emoji2] It's mycoprotein or microfungus based protein.

Grilled onions with S&P, cumin, ancho powder and cayenne powder. Toss in the Quorn. Keep cooking. On a fresh tortilla, avocado, pickled onions and pickled serranos / Hungarian wax peppers. Not bad. Consistency of chicken. Salt content was a tad high, so I soaked it in water and rinsed before use.

What the ever living **** is a mortgage lifter? lmfao

I got lunch at a taco place I found near the office the other day. For $10.25, I got a beef fajita quesadilla that lasted me four meals. Finally finished that for dinner last night.
