F8 seat covers

I just noticed that my blue jeans are not going to work with my seats. Getting blue on the entry point. Any suggestions on seat covers?

 

I do a daily gym routine and use a car seat towel. Can be easily removed for wash or when showing the car.

 

What is a car seat towel?

 

there are also coatings you can use to protect from dye transfer. I'd modify what a wear to drive long before I'd put a seat cover on an F8

Well, won’t be long before I get calls on extended warranty as Amazon knows I have an F8! Have thought about “no jeans “ policy. Might be the easy way.

 

My model x plaid has white seats. I clean and coat interior and exterior of all my cars with this product. One product for all surfaces from paint, leather, rubber, glass.

When I wear blue jean the color will transfer onto seats, once coated it wipes off easily and seats remain snow white. I wipe the seats about once a week.

 

I am gunshy on trying to clean the seats that are Beige Tradizione for fear of having some discoloration. But I ordered a single sheepskin, natural color, seat cover for driver's seat. Not perfect, but will try some modifications to get the fit better.

 

Omg if I saw a f8 driving around with a sheep skin seat cover I might die laughing. I think if you are that worried about your car you should own something different.

 

Protect your seat how you see fit! I have used custom sheepskins on multiple cars over the years (e.g., Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes). Some people hate them and others swear by them. They have protected my seats from countless normal wear issues many times over. So, I’ll accept the laughter and reap the benefits over the longer haul. It is your car, treat it as such!

 

I went to a C&C with the sheep covers. It seemed like quite a few people were laughing at my solution. So, I had some jeans made out of the sheep covers and returned to C&C. EVERYONE was laughing at me.

I stopped wearing jeans in expensive cars with light colored leather. What’s even more hilarious is when your picking up a girl for a date and you tell her “no jeans”.

 

I’ve used these in my cars for years. Just throw them on to drive then take ‘em off when done.
