Bunch of cars on the track at the place that hosts the VFD fish fry in Slidell, Texas. A few 911s, but mostly Corvettes, Mustangs and Miatas. The fries were meh, but the rest was tasty, especially with a jolt of Louisiana Hot Sauce. T
Shockingly fast today. Wrapped and resting till I decide to get back to them. The tri-tip was a funky one, even though it wasn't big I didn't expect to be past the point I wanted so quickly. Put in the oven, broiler on HI for a short bit on both. 30 seconds too long on the ribs, and we'll have to wait and see the final product. Au Pied De Cochon...probably my favorite restaurant. Highly recommend you go at some point. I found that they often had late evening slots open up if you check the same day.
Nothing special, just cooked them after dinner while the BGE was still hot, so called them dessert. Frozen store bought, still tasty.
