    I need to change the tires on my 458, the recommended size for 458s is 235/295, however, would that change to 265/345 if the car has Aperta rims? Or perhaps 245/315?

    You should probably consult a dealer. Having the wrong size tires could cause premature failure of the e-diff system. The TCU is programmed to calculate intervention based on the tire and wheel size that came with the car. You may not notice a problem until the e-diff eventually fails. This would be an acute failure with no symptoms leading up to the failure.
