Yep, friend of a friend had it years ago and we’d be at a restaurant and he’d order soup as a main course, eat half ‘because that’s all I can’ the turn around and stuff a whole tiramisu in for dessert. Basically lived on chocolate custard at home...
Most irresponsible I’ve seen around here is a young nurse who blamed her shiftwork for not eating properly; had bariatric surgery because she couldn’t get pregnant, had a baby and is now a walking skeleton and constantly ill...

 

I had trouble getting to a comfortable weight then someone said stop eating dinner, sorted !, Seela and I are at an ideal weight and just have a snack in the evening [emoji16]

 

My ideal weight is 130kg but my diabetes goes through the roof when my weight is above 90kg, down to 94kg and BSL is 7.2 (still food dependant, if I look at a chocolate cake BSL goes to 12 )

130kg is perfect for eating cakes, fruit loops, eclairs, ice cream ...... that's what's "ideal" about it

85kg is what I should be but life isn't worth living if I have to stay away from chocolate

Anyway, I'm 95kg right now and going down with a bsl of 7 so happy currently, but hungry for sweets

Funny thing is, I don't need to test BSL as my feet get very sore if the BSL figure is too high and they are good when my BSL numbers are low (been between 5 and 6 all week )

 

I’ve been on 40mg blood pressure medication for 2 years and I’ll do anything to get off them, my ears ring like a faulty wireless since I’ve started taking them, I just want some peace n quite [emoji849]
I’m bang on 88kg which is better than 98 at Christmas, now but need to shed another 5 and I’ll be stoked
(I love chocolate eclairs [emoji51])

 

I had my doubts re the above so I've sent him an email asking for proof that he's not slipped over to the dark side.

 

So many questions......

1.Is Cathay Pacific -A safe airline?

2.Is HK -A safe place to stay a few hours in?

3.Is Gazza - NOT flying with 'em anymore?
