    Yep, friend of a friend had it years ago and we’d be at a restaurant and he’d order soup as a main course, eat half ‘because that’s all I can’ the turn around and stuff a whole tiramisu in for dessert. Basically lived on chocolate custard at home...
    Most irresponsible I’ve seen around here is a young nurse who blamed her shiftwork for not eating properly; had bariatric surgery because she couldn’t get pregnant, had a baby and is now a walking skeleton and constantly ill...

    My ideal weight is 130kg but my diabetes goes through the roof when my weight is above 90kg, down to 94kg and BSL is 7.2 (still food dependant, if I look at a chocolate cake BSL goes to 12 :( )

    130kg is perfect for eating cakes, fruit loops, eclairs, ice cream ...... that's what's "ideal" about it :p

    85kg is what I should be but life isn't worth living if I have to stay away from chocolate

    Anyway, I'm 95kg right now and going down with a bsl of 7 so happy currently, but hungry for sweets :(

    Funny thing is, I don't need to test BSL as my feet get very sore if the BSL figure is too high and they are good when my BSL numbers are low (been between 5 and 6 all week :) )

    I’ve been on 40mg blood pressure medication for 2 years and I’ll do anything to get off them, my ears ring like a faulty wireless since I’ve started taking them, I just want some peace n quite [emoji849]
    I’m bang on 88kg which is better than 98 at Christmas, now but need to shed another 5 and I’ll be stoked
    (I love chocolate eclairs [emoji51])
