I fail to see where I criticised a Ferrari driver on this thread.

I do my best to be absolutely impartial in my comments, as I have no emotional attachment towards any team or driver.

    Charles 10 spot penalty.
    Perez 5 spot penalty.
Mercs punted Carlos, Merc fans de rigueur blame Carlos for daring to exist.
    Max 12 second pit stop.
Lewis passed Vettel who had yet to pit and didn't defend.
Max passed Lewis anyway for the win.
Lewis acolytes demand Lewis be deemed Driver of the Day and proclaim Lewis GOAT once more.

Also, lots of great action behind the top teams.

Haas has a good case that could put the FIA on the spot for lack of consistency in its rulings.

It's puzzling how the actions of the stewards can be different for absolutely the same misdemeanour.

We already saw that about the enforcement of track limits, but Haas has spotted discrepencies in the evaluation of car damage.

Ferrari took advantage of Max’s slow pit and jumped Charles ahead. Both on fresh tires and Max was still able to pass (with drs) and Charles couldn’t stay with him. The RB are so much faster than any other team on the grid. Charles was lucky to hold off Checo. He’s a great driver who needs a faster car. C’mon Ferrari.

I really enjoyed the race today. After the last 2 it was definatly far more exciting to watch. The midfield battles were great..even Haas came out to play.

Alonso's tounge must be bleeding after the run up on stroll..Vettel did great..feel bad for Carlos..wasn't his fault..but if he got a better start maybe he wouldn't have been in that spot. Looks like Hamilton hit him in the right rear..then Russel finished the job. Could be why the light penalty.

Max almost got stoned by his own team with an 11 second stop..but as usual..pulled out a win.

Gotta tip the hat to Hamilton..he drove a great race right until the end..team strategy really worked great with the undercut..

So the Perez protest was dismissed because FIA determined the flapping end plate was safe (!) even if it eventually flew off! This after Haas has received 3 black & orange flags this year alone for flappy end plates!

The Alonso protest resulted in Alonso receiving a 30 sec. penalty so at least MAG moved up a place. The crazy thing about this story is that Haas complained twice to the FIA about the loose mirror during the race and FIA did nothing!

Meantime, Russell gets five lousy seconds for taking Sainz out of the race. These FIA clowns are a joke, really.

Alonso got screwed because of the loose mirror.

30" penalty for Alonso for running the car on track on unsafe condition (no mirror). Moves to P16, out of points.

The FIA organization and race management is full on clown college. Who wants to watch a race only to have the results change hours later. Either resolve the issue during the race or move on.
