when you count each gear set, mainshaft, CP, diff, bearings ( the 6 bearings alone costs more than a smal used car ), synchros then 25k will not the end

for my competition I did let made a special main shaft, a CP set, a new diff from modena and a propeller shaft from rob hayden, only those parts have been already around 22k euro. without clutch, without gear sets, without bearings, without synchros, without labor

Wheels, tint, speakers, pretty worn out carpet, redyed interior. Maybe it had a tough 20k.

    Obviously not normal.

355 was the very easiest car to shift Ferrari ever made.

That I disagree with. Well adjusted, warmed up with a good oil and you would be very surprised how ours shifts.

Some just do not believe regular transmission oil changes of the correct type are not needed. A good friend put over 250,00 0 miles on his because he serviced it properly.

Sounds cheap to me, and if the tranny was put thru a lot of abuse it prob needs the deferential upgraded too.

Those wheels are really not for me.

My Testarossa is probably the car I miss the most. I was very surprised how friendly it was to drive for a supercar of it's time. Very strange the're not skyrocketing in price like so many other cars that are much less in my opinion.

That’s much more diplomatically said than what went through my head when I saw those wheels…
