Good vs evil Murdoch media vs Nine ent group Sky vs The ABC Labor vs Liberal It's a circus NO winners here except perhaps the Pirate and a book deal Both lives trashed ..

I suspect the prosecutors know they will lose, this is more about creating publicity for the feminist anti-male cause. Canberra politics is a workplace where power and sex intersect in a literally unreal environment. Good luck changing that.
Ian I suggest it's not the prosecution doing this ,but a 3rd party with the agenda you have mentioned . And Higgins is silly enough to fall for it or is she part of team doing it and knowing ..sad really .
On the other side of the equation if you had a so who took advantage of a drunk girl without her permission - should he cop the repercussions of that bad decision? Both sides acted stupidly, both sides badly advised, from what I can see... Both of their lives are actually going to have long term bad repercussions from this... there are no’winners’ apart from the gutter press.
