By specs it is one of five cars 3021-3053-3059-3077-3095. I'm tempted to make a guess, but eventually that would only create confusion.

Clearly a survivor, and whoever restored it was wise enough not to keep it as it was and not make mods to match cars outside that chassis range.

The car in question has been completely restored in 1983 already, then once again in 2007-2009, and once again in 2021.
Black with red interior is not the original spec.

It seems like such a waste of materials and money when some people buy these cars, in perfect or very nice condition, only to tear everything out and completely re-do them. And sometimes a couple of times in a few years. Seems senseless.

Even more if/when they’re not driven much, if at all, in between.
Obviously not bought or owned by true car guys.

That's my point. It just seems like such a colossal *** measuring contest and waste. They are after all just machine, built for the purpose of driving. I guess when money is no object, and big egos are involved, logic goes by the wayside. Seems so senseless.
