Well, I'm sure we never crossed paths as he was working on his degree in mechanical engineering whereas I was wrapping up my thesis in business economics. So my visits to the campus were a rare occasion.

Man makes unprovoked, racist remarks about someone...then tries to play it off as semantics and now you're making a joke about it?

This kind of thing is best kept to yourself, I'm no Lewis Hamilton fan but any grown man who finds humour in abject racism needs to have a hard look at himself in the mirror.

If I didn’t have to read your “contributions” about Lulu on every thread I’d be relaxed as anything.

The simple matter of fact is, it was a completely irrelevant comment that amounted to “haha racism funny guys ”.

I’ve said my piece, I won’t respond further. Be better.

I said nothing about racism. at all. And its not what I was implying. They are not on speaking terms I would think. So I found it funny if they had an interview maybe even make peace. . Ill report my post to have it deleted, way too many thin skins that read WAY to deep into a sentence honestly.

The failure of Ferrari this season is totally the fault of Binotto. The buck stops with him, just as the poor judgement began with him. And there is nothing to even suggest that as long as he runs the team, it will ever get better. I think Carlos and Charles are both quietly and privately looking at where and when to go. And the one who jumps ship first will get the best ride. Hanging around to be an apologist for Binotto doesn't sound like the road to a WDC.

    An incomprehensible one !
    Only two logical explanations :
    1/ TD39
    2/ Highly detuned PU

Red Bull stopped after spa RB18 development to be within BC this year :D

    Second case, I guess.

When you are Ferrari, it's better to fight near the front and risk a DNF than languishing mid-field.

    Personal opinion, of course.

Right now his only career is being an apologist for Binotto. He might as well be driving for Williams.

Totally agree, if they turned the PU down that's crazy. I'd rather win 25% of the time and blow up the rest (especially at this point in the season) than finish.

I think reliablity problems, engine blow-outs and so forth, have become more shameful over the years.

If you look at the records of a few decades ago, 30 or 50% of DNFs were not unknown, and I remember GPs with only 6 finishers.

What was important then for a driver was to compete to his best, even if the car gave up on him.

Now, with the electronics available, teams dial their engines to reach the end, even it then have to decrease power.

It saves money...........all money all the time now in a sport that is AWASH in wealth and has a budget cap lol. A touch irony.

    Fully agree.
They come from nowhere either (2020).
We should be more patient with Binotto.
    Next year is our year!:D
