Not sure if you had noticed this or not, but the DuPont Registry has a car, same exterior as yours (wheels are different and I see you have carbon fiber mirrors) with black/red interior for sale out in Newport beach CA with 552 miles on it listed at $769,995.00. I think you'd look really cool with the pair! I can't speak for other Ferrari models as the first one I have purchased is a 2015 Speciale Aperta and it was love at first site. As a kid I really enjoyed go karts and these Speciale's are just that, go karts for grown ups. I never wanted to grow up. Enjoy. I'll paste the link here. https://www.dupontregistry.com/autos/listing/2015/ferrari/458--speciale/67470

I did a search but could not find an answer… does anyone know why some Speciales have the “458 Speciale” badge on the rear (see above post) and others do not?

Good question, I sure don't know. The Aperta's all have them.

I asked this question as well when the Michigan Speciale sold by Issimi was on BaT last year. That is the only other time I have seen it and wonder if it is aftermarket add on, or part of Taylor Made?

Factory badge from the passenger side of the dash added later to mimic the style of the Aperta version rear badge.

Wow, love it except the matching wheels. Gold wheels would have been perfect. Even the stripe I always fantasized about doing exactly that as I don't like the 'broken' look of the frontmost part or the standard stripe.

As for the colour, the lighting seems tricky but there's not an obvious match IMO. Might very well be a wrap (see stripe).

    Thank you.
Sorry to let you down: it's a wrap in chalk color.

Interesting! Can't you name the colour? Or at least say if it's a totally custom or an already known colour? Is the stripe a wrap?

Unfortunately can't name colour name, but it is a one off paint colour, and the stripe is factory painted too.

The car as you see it in the photos is completely factory built and nothing is aftermarket.

IT all looks very special in that build specification! Does it say 'tailor made' on the door sill step plates? That would explain a lot.
    Thank you for your replies.
