Max will always owe Perez for holding up Lewis last year, on his way to 1st WC. Really crap he couldn't be a team player, when it would cost him absolutely nothing.

Don't think Lewis minded not winning today that much, as long as George did. He's a team player.
Kerfluffle with Max looked to me like a racing incident, at least as far as Lewis and Max go lol
Penalty on Max does seem excessive but that wasn't Lewis' doing he was just fighting hard for position, like Max does.

 

Carlos behaves like a man. LeClerc often cries on the radio. I’ve given him a pass until today. Frankly I hate it from any driver. If you’re fast enough then pass, if not well.....then you’re not fast enough.

 

Yup, sometimes drivers let a little success get to their heads.

You know what I really, really wanted to see before this race? George Russell replacing Perez at RB. Fighting Max tooth and nail. If there's anyone that can take Max down a peg or two, it's GR, because he's good and he's hungry.

But that was before today, because today Merc seems to have shown the car is a real contender again. Which means that GR in the Merc may be able to take the fight to MV in the RB. 2023 is going to be bonkers!

 

The danger was carlos getting passed by alonso too...who was only 1.2 seconds behind LEC.

For me, Charles stock went down this season. Great talent, but some of his comments let him down.

Lewis should know well better after the Nico years to get into it with George, but we'll see how next year goes as George is definitely head strong.

I think the Ferrari boys should remain upset with the team this year than start with each other; lots of bad decisions from the pit box.

Max & Perez, guess we'll see if it progresses next year. They can claim whatever they want for next race, but wait until there's actual championship positions at hand if Checo plays ball again.
