You don't want to go to WEC with AF Corse for example,
now that you have a long experience of group running :) ?

Ok now thats a whole new ball game :). Then you get wife saying "what u don't like my hair colour, what now you want a blonde, what have you been up to !!!!". I would rather argue 30 posts here than endure the wrath of the "boss" :)

Seems like the constructive part of that discussion is over now - nothing but mud throwing left. Back to SF90 VS?

I'm most curious as to what Ferrari will do about weight. I'm guessing power numbers won't change but maybe more aggressive shifting, additional aero and less weight.

power is certain to change, probably more than people expect! the electric motors that are already in the standard sf90 are capable of nearly 400hp combined but the electrical system only runs around 350V. If they crank that up towards 800, they would instantly add nearly 200hp. however, the suspension will need some work to handle the extra power and I am not sure what other gremlins they might have in the delivery of electric power from their current battery array. I could see the array increasing slightly as well as minor tweaks to the ICE - maybe another 20-40hp there. lightening the car is bound to be a big area of attention.

IMO a power increase is unnecessary but maybe you will be right. A more aggressive driving experience with a car that weighs a lot less than 2 tons would be ideal but I am not sure how or if they will do it.

Unlikely for big power Elec increase, as you would have to change the battery capacity = add weight…
Easy to ad HP on the ICE without weight penalty

And it's unnecessary, the car makes plenty of power.

    One critical factor is

Now that 296 is out and it has way better front feel, how they manage to top this with electric motor up front??

Would we care if SF90 VS loses front motor?

I find hybrid a good thing. Especially with turbos. So I don’t mind weight as long as I have torque.

But the steering feel matters. AF feels sporty because they transfer road ‘feelings’ through super stiff suspension. You get the feel of how road changes. But steering feels numb.

It will be interesting to watch. I really wish they get rid of front motor and put huge aero bonnet like 3RS…

As for HP, little better than 296, and 9500 rpm with massive turbo. Hybrid F40 can not be a bad thing.

The whole point of the SF90 is the front motors and the traction and vectoring it can contribute.

How do you come to your conlusion that that the 296 gtb has way better front feel. Onwing the sf90 and able to test drive the 296 gtb, i cant confirme that. Is it something individual? Or some journos?

Opposite i do like extremtly how the sf90 is capable to pull you out of the corners, exactly because of the front wheel, the 296 gtb while never be able to to that. That precision out of the corners what the SF90 can give, with it acceleration is outstanding.

And it is pretty clear in the future the heavy Hp car will get the more and more 4wheel drive to bring the power down the road.

Steering feel and front grip are two different things.

the precision out of the corner is a feeling, coming from the enormes traction due to the front motors, which i get as a feedback from the car

Same maybe Monterey where SF90 was introduced - years ago.
Dino vs Daytona no one does that then or today - don't get the comparisons of 288 vs SF90.

I wouldn't ever want a V6 or a full electric exotic - who knows if these are the last but I love American muscle and Italian V12's V8's. When that stops - I exit stage left.

Valhalla and Lamborghini 1 - 1100 hp targeting 6:30 at the Ring - my hopes is what you wrote and Ferrari is responding with the VS.
