    Dear all,

Do you know the color designations or color codes of the bicolore blue / green 166 MM barchetta destined to Agnelli, chassis 0064M.

    Thank you.

Sorry. Totally off the subject, but I would have hated to park those F-cars in there! Did they park them there or did they build those bookshelves and tables around it? Man, I sure would hate to be the one to take them out. One wrong maneuver and YIKES!!!O_O

I believe that blue is officially called Swaters Blue. The president or our local chapter of the FCA has a 1995 355 spider in that colour.

    Hi,

It cannot be called Swaters blue, because at that time it was for Giovanni Agnelli when new and Swaters just became the importer for Belgium.

Correct if you ask me. Same goes for Grigio Ingrid, because of the 375 MM that was ordered for her by her husband had this "champagne" grey colour.

Ancient thread but the question remains: What are the names and codes for the colors on this car? Thanks!

This thread started several years before I joined, so I did miss it, but saw the latest post today. I think I have information that can help answer the questions. Back in 1991, when I was producing my limited edition 166 MM Barchetta models; 0008M, 0058M, and 0064M, I was in direct contact with the owners as well as many others in the Ferrari world. Jacques Swaters was very helpful, and supplied me with color chip samples, names & codes. I can't say if these are exact for when the car was first painted, but these are the exact colors of 0064M during the years that Swaters owned it. Here are photos of what was sent to me regarding colors. Hope this helps and answers all questions.

Two more notes: the name of my company was changed in 1999. Formerly known as Creative Miniature Associates, changed to CMA Models, Inc. And last photo is a pre-delivery shot some of the 30 models we made of 0064M.

I believe the colours are as suggested above. I certainly haven’t repainted ‘Nonna’ since I bought her a decade ago and when Touring Superleggera did some remedial work to the grille and rear lights and number plate area, they matched the existing paintwork in the pertinent areas. In most pictures, the green is ‘lost’, but when the sun or the lights catch it all correctly, it is breathtakingly striking….like below, taken from the Ferrari Museum website for the Agnelli 100 year exhibition.

And so 550 Barchetta top is a reasonable tributo?

It is a shame you didn’t drive it with the soft top in place.

When were the windscreen and tail lights changed? Which are the original configurations?
