Hi you must of because you answered it. Ill stay in with the Group buy anyway, but I am in the UK and will need a set for the UK if they are in deed different.

I just have a few questions for my benefit really.

There is a lot to go wrong with these, one LED out and it will not look good and I will want to change them back, my experience with aftermarket LED's has not been good and seen them fail quite often, how robust are these?
Again one thing that effects the standard lights (especially the mounts) are the heat they have to endure, again how will they hold up?
The lights in the video, the fitment is all over the place, and that would mess with my OCD if they don't micro adjust. Will all the lights adjust up so they will all fit perfect, ie none pointing left, right or up in the air?

Anyone else have these? Very nice look. Just wondering about any F1 pump issues, with these lights.

 

What would the F1 pump have to do with the lights?

 

The F1 system will not function if your brake lights read the wrong electrical resistance, they think a bulb is burned out. It's a safety thing to make sure you don't drive without brake lights.

 

I have heard in the past that an out brake light or wiring issues can trigger the f1 light to come on the dash or give the f1 issues.

 

If you don't care about the safety part of it, scudingswiss has a cable that tricks the car if the bulb is out.

Wow, I never knew this. So they would rather you be stuck on the side of the road than have 1 of the brake lights out? And what about the manual tranny? I suppose they give that a pass?

How long do you see these LED lights last? Have you tested the system to see if there is any issues with the F1 if one of the lights burn out?

 

Anyone actually have these? How have they been any reviews?

 

I've just paid for mine and they are being sent out tomorrow. They do look very good and hope they are a quality item.
