Yes - that is why I look so amazing yet only 2 years young than CJ.

I've also been accused of being on peptides - despite making less money than Adrian.

There is no secret to looking (and acting) like a dumb arse jock (movie star?) and it doesn't involve gear.

Walk 10km a day - so ditch the Roller for collecting the rent and get Fatso looking like the champ dog he's bred to be.
Run 3-5 km three times a week - so ditch the swimming, unless its out in the shark infested deep blue ocean. Now that is real swimming!
Train with weights 4-5 times a week - so ditch the bling bling 18 CT wrist weights.
Eat meat, forget the grains and go easy on the greens - so ditch the fine dinning at Flunkies (****ies?)or whatever that joint in Toorak is.

If I was on gear, I would actually be Moretti size, but muscular.

 

Would you include a "Dale Carnegie course?

You do know it was a Bentley T series in fact while worth little ,it's a rare old girl with only around 30 other T series built to her specs .

Dylan and I do walk a lot and I swim rather than run as I am so aware of how many of my friends have now had knee and hip replacements .

Amazing to think I'm months of being 65, must be retiring at 51 that has helped retain my youthful looks !
