Run 3-5 km three times a week - so ditch the swimming, unless its out in the shark infested deep blue ocean. Now that is real swimming! Train with weights 4-5 times a week - so ditch the bling bling 18 CT wrist weights. Eat meat, forget the grains and go easy on the greens - so ditch the fine dinning at Flunkies (****ies?)or whatever that joint in Toorak is. If I was on gear, I would actually be Moretti size, but muscular.
