In all the pictures of Di Montezemolo, I see the same elegance and style of L'Avvocato...Gianni Agnelli...Aristocrats who are not afraid to lead. Binotto looks more like something out of Facebook...all the style of a union nerd...and the mental approach that goes with it. It may be that Ferrari never recovers, that its time in history is passing. Neither Sainz nor Leclerc are made of the same metal as Lauda and Schumacher.
I am smoking nothing, my only addictions are good food and good wines. No need to be rude suddenly. Are you bipolar by chance ?
I'm sure plenty of people were saying the same in the '80s when Ferrari faded during the first turbo era......but they eventually came back. We are sadly now most of the way to reaching two DECADES without a WDC, although we've had a good enough car a few times since then. Reagardless, Ferrari is forever in F1 and will be back on top at some point, although I can't see it in 2023 to be honest.....and I doubt we'll see another Schumacher era in our lifetimes, unless perhaps you are in elementary school today.....
He gets exited like that from time to time, like an impatient teenager. I prefer seeing the results than expecting them; you are not so disappointed that way.
As a point of reference it generally takes a cubic increase in HP to deliver a linear increase in lap times. So, if you want a 3% increase in lap time you need (1.03^3=1.09) a 9% increase in HP.
Honestly I sincerely believe a substantial increase in power could lead to big gain in lap time. When you have more power you can change the aero set up of the whole car. Remember our detuned power unit in 2020 ? The whole car became unbalanced and dead slow.
This is not true, your posts are often contradictory. Right now you are just looking for a conflictual discussion to satisfy your needs.
New article about our 2023 power unit. https://www.funoanalisitecnica.com/2022/12/f1-ferrari-pu-2023-dominio.html
This debate about laptime/power % is futile. At Monaco you won´t improve anything but at Monza a lot, apart from many other variables.
https://www.funoanalisitecnica.com/2022/12/f1-ferrari-juventus.html According to this interesting article, John Elkann and EXXOR would have decided to sold their shares in the Football ( Juventus ) to prioritize their golden child, Ferrari. Elkann is convinced that Ferrari should be world champion again to improve their already huge profits.. The switch with EV would be a massive bet and EXXOR analysts believe Ferrari needs an image at its best to succeed in.
I fail to understand why Sainz is even mentioned in the same sentence as Charles. And i couldn_t desagree more de Charles is made of the same mould, a true champion.
Don’t worry, January will be busy with speculation (any more changes to the organagram ?) Then there are the launches (is our car the prettiest?) Then Barcelona testing (is our car the quickest?) Then we are off.. With hope fully a little less of : Why did they do that? Why the hards? Why plan E:2 ? One can but hope…
