Whilst that is an insult to all dogs, I get it. Stupidly, for the first time about eight years I had a look to see if the cants were still trading. Hard to tell for shore, but it looks like it. And the one review they have is 1 star. Generous. The F-wit con artist who shafted me said to my lawyer when I declined his pathetic compensation offer “Oh well. We’ll just shut it down and re-open it later under a different name.” I guess he wasn’t joking.
Howard I apologise for my comment and I understand the hurt and trust that was destroyed by this kunt. My intend of my post was that trust had been destroyed ,having been down a similar road with an ex business partner I fully understand the stress,the financial loss and the destruction of friendship and trust. I can only apologise for my posts comment re financial sentence , it was unnecessary and without thought for the issue this man caused so many owners-friends. Rob .
The judge says the Corporations Act has the power to chase down directors like that and prevent them from reappearing. I know just recently ASIC crawled up my arse with a microscope to confirm my ID, so maybe you can give them a little nudge in his direction.
