This was my dilemma on the 812SF design a few years back. The door handles and center bridge were pricey, and so I did the center console for $800 more or so than the bridge, and got a lot more CF for it. Kept the door handles metal to match the bridge, and I liked it. On the TM GTS, I did all of the Cf, and it seemed to make sense to. I was trying to keep the same look as the SF, but use krinkle paint or something instead, but then it starts taking away from the materials you are paying a lot for.

While you're there ask if they can render up rim/brake options for you to mix and match.

some cars are a homage to old Ferrari models of the past. Some examples strictly follow the old model but others stray with the modern constraints. There is not much wood in modern steering wheels.
This GTS seems to channel the old California Spyder of 1963>

Hi Grant: no confirmation on the logo but the Corsican Gray is a factory color noted on this tailor made build. Here is another earlier example that if I remember went to Germany?

I am curious to get people's opinions -

It seems that at least several of these 812GTS examples are optioned with racing seats as opposed to the full electric seats. I have racing seats in my F8 and love them. However, I had heard that since the 812GTS is a GT car, the full electric seats are recommended over racing seats - especially for resale. Just wondering if this was perhaps more of a US preference as it seems some of these Tailor Made examples (which are all beautiful) are European deliveries where preferences might be different.

    Opinions?

I specced the full electric seats because my passengers are not able to see over the dash with race seats[emoji23]. Either work, and I like the race seats, but there are some things that come with full electric seats that I do miss with race seats (heat, side mirrors lowering on reverse).

It’s as you said, the V12-engined versions can be considered the more comfortable, elegant and less sporty species in the portfolio.
I would prefer the fully electrical sofas in an 812.

I have the Racing seats on my 812SF which I love but on long journeys I yearn for the Full electric heated ones. If I got a GTS i would only consider one with the Electric heated ones. So much nicer when driving top down on a chilly day

Resale- doesnt matter- some will want race some will want comfort.

Fitting with the ethos of the car- well, it's both a supercar and also a GT. So either works.

My own take- I tried the comfort seats in the superfast and I quickly discovered I didn't like how they felt. I prefer the feel of the race seats. Thats just me. A shame to not have the seat heating but the car does have a good HVAC system.

    That’s really interesting, thank you.

I assume it’s a TM interior and not an off the shelf thingie. :)

Testa di Moro is from the semi analine leather range and can be ordered through a normal dealer special request option. I had originally spec'ed it semi analine on my car and was quoted the equivalent of $12k for it (before tax) but ended up going with the standard range Beige Tradizione which better suited my colour scheme.
