Santa Claus brought me an Apple Watch Ultra. Not really my thing. I would have liked something different, with cogs and wheels and springs, but with each passing day I’m getting a little bit older and the Doc wants to see stats. Oh well… Image Unavailable, Please Login
Stealth piece today. Because it is all silver colored and quiet I can go anywhere with it and nobody knows. . Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thank you, I appreciate it. This is from 2008, It’s one of my favorite Daytona dials. I’m not sure how long this dial was produced, I’ve seen one dated 2011, but they could’ve been made up until the ceramic introduction.
If there is a watch I would want to wear everyday and keep forever, it is this Date40. It feels double the weight of a sports watch but super comfortable. Its understated with a champange dial. Image Unavailable, Please Login
It's called Slate Jubilee- I ordered it sight unseen when I speced/ordered the watch in 1995- Spent hours with my awesome AD <first watch btw> and picked that dial with the Arabic markers and 18k WG fluted bezel- thought it would be unique and cool- ordered it in Feb and it literally cake in ON my birthday in August- My first Rolex funded by my savings and some of my Dad's money he left after he passed- he would be proud- Means the world to me despite being able to obtain some others- The Slate Jubilee <also was available in blue, silver and black I believe> was only available a short time so like to think I caught a bit of lightning in a bottle Like @bart12 beautiful DJ mine originally had Jubilee bracelet but when the links wore through I sent it in and replaced with Oyster bracelet. Cheers
