    Hi all, my climate knob only turns from aut to about the 12'oclock position (see image). Then it gets blocked. I'm wondering if it is more likely something inside the climate control unit itself interfering or behind the dash where air flow is directed. It's not a big deal, but I like things to work as intended.

    The switch is very basic and there is no "force feedback" telling you that the flaps in the ducts are in the wrong position. The problem is in the control panel, not in the HVAC ECU or in the ducts.

    When you turn the knob anticlockwise, does it go further than the AUT position?

    The little tabs where the C clip on the back break off, sometimes they get hung up and do not allow the knob to turn. You'll need to open up the pnael and remove those broke pieces. PM if you wish and I can walk you through it. We also have replacement knobs in stock if you need one.
