If it is who I think it is, he is a very interesting dude. Big Porsche collection. That car has an interesting history. Could not shake him on my tail going over a mountain pass in the Canadian Rockies this last May.
I know that feeling very well. I sold a 997.2 in early October, which means I made it just over 3 months without one before buying the white car.
How’d you find it ? Miles ? 997.2 white GT3 is fantastic ! Mine was white too - it just wailed - such a great sounding car with the sharkworks bypass. MDS
A unique combination of dumb luck, a bit of persistence, and basically taking a wild chance when someone said "I may be thinking of selling my car". It's just hit 22K miles, and was a Goldilocks build: carbon fiber buckets, roll hoop/harness bar, and a few other assorted goodies. Can't wait to try it out on track.

Thanks! Wanting for a little more power from the 2.0 six but i love the rawness of the car. It makes all the noises and has all the old smells of a 53 year old car. I have two others, a 74 LE ‘Bumblebee’ and a 70 GT clone. I wanted an original numbers matching -6 though. A few things to correct on it but im in no hurry.
Arrived last night. It’s tough waiting for the 900 mile break-in period but I love it. Image Unavailable, Please Login
