The car has not even started production. This is a prototype that is being sent around to dealers and events to showcase the car hence why the rear plate says Purosangue. The US market has the red one going around which is currently sitting at the NYC TM shop.
This is the list of what’s standard in my market when I look at the options, it doesn’t mention things like Carplay or the various safety functions like adaptive cruise etc. so have no idea if they’re included. Will check with factory/dealer when I actually do the spec which probably won’t be for a few months yet: Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Its been there since early December and heard that by the beginning of February it will be moving around the country.

It's amazing that with such a (relatively) tall car, the ground clearance does not make a "lift" option redundant.
There is no lift per se but there is an electric motor connected to a ball screw to move the damper tube and thus the wheel up and down within its normal travel. The AF suspension in the 296 and SF90 is just a spool valve with a high speed blowoff I believe. Most normal dampers regulate the valving with shims which is not so accurate so most cars dampers are tuned within a pretty wide tolerance. The spool valves allow you to get much closer to whats intended. And the blowoff helps when you go over bumps but there are limitations to the passive, which the Puro suspension should be able to solve.
the rear diffuser of the Purosangue design is the result of in-depth optimization. The air flow that strikes the diffuser is gradually expanded and controlled. At the end of this expansion, a subtle nolder detaches the flow after slightly recompressing it. This boosts the system’s efficiency, simultaneously maximizing hot air extraction from the area around the gearbox and exhaust system compartments through the grilles. Image Unavailable, Please Login
That for sure will help the drive on Megève, Gstaad, London or Monaco [emoji56] (Joke apart, thanks again for your analysis and explanations!)
I’m sure it’s going to be a great car, and I’ve been trying, but just can’t get excited and have cancelled today. May regret it after reviews come out! (But probably won’t… )
You shouldn't have any regrets, this car is not meant for everyone. If you ain't feeling it, trust your instincts.
Agreed. I really liked how it looked in the flesh, so now it's a $30k placeholder to kick the can down the road until I get to test drive it to decide if I want it or not.
Ah. Life is short- no regrets. Don’t blame you. Back in the day I asked for my deposit back after I saw the 599. That car (599) is a two bagger and you certainly can’t drive with a bag over your own head……. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I’m kind of the reverse. Didn’t place an order despite our DP repeatedly checking with me. He kept gently mentioning it because if he gave the spot away he didn’t think it would come again - demand was really strong and Ferrari were insistent it was a limited run (they’re still adamant about that today but who knows). After a while I decided that I would place the order but was still concerned I would have no use for it. Today we did one of the early TM slots for it. I saw the car for the first time in the factory and I’m thoroughly impressed. They have done a magnificent job on this car. The TM came out completely different to what I intended (mostly because my wife had better ideas about it than I did) but I think it will be a great car in the spec we have chosen. They have somehow managed to come up with a design that disguises its proportions and feels effortlessly sporty despite the added height (which is actually much less than I expected). The surfacing is impeccable and shows just how clever the design team has been with PuroSangue. I’m really looking forward to it. It’s a Lusso perfected in my view.
