Can't take it out with the salty roads, just once around the block
I did... not much salt left now as we had no snow for weeks. and then it's all aluminum and plastic, nothing to rust... Just drive it I like your wheels, 16M ?
We had some flakes last week, so they go nuts with the salt, regardless. Salt is the worst thing on a car, it is highly corrosive. I usually just wait for the rain, another gauge is I look at my wife's car when she gets home (I no longer commute), if her car has a salt dust coat, I'm def not going on the roads, I don't want that on the body or suspension. As for the wheels, thank you, yes, 16M wheels, 3rd owner (I bought them from the person who bought them from a 16M owner).
Winter slumber is over! After 4 months there was a good break in the weather for 250 miles Saturday and today. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yikes. Don’t tell people this, they’ll believe it. Many electrical, hardware, brake and suspension parts, etc will happily corrode. Aluminum pits too… Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Since having the car wet sanded flat and detailed in direct sunlight my camera struggles with the Red, and it struggles to deal with the brightness and detail! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Even the sun reflection is kept small as its not picking up any swirls !
Addressed stickies and replaced my HVAC knobs (one had disintegrated) then gave it a quick wash. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
