    ...honestly didn't know that I would ever post here. I recently drove a new V8 Vantage though, and I'm now deeply in love. I sort of drove it on a whim not expecting to dig it all that much but WOW was I shocked! What a great car!! I recently drove a 992, which left me a bit bored. Not so in the Vantage, holy crap! After the 992 I needed that raucous attitude. Much more involving. The steering feel really surprised me! Track mode is a full-on hoot and that AMG motor is just fabulous.

    So now...I need one. $&%*! :)

    I actually prefer the looks of the previous generation Vantage, but of all the late model Astons they do seem to get the rave reviews.

    I agree, the previous gen is just gorgeous. The new car looks cool, but not as much a work of art. It GOES, though! My lord, it goes!

    It's a really nice little car! Was going to spec an F1 until I found a gen2 Vanquish instead.

    Go for it. MB running gear & info entertainment. Good looking car. Why else would it be copied.......(cough cough).....
