I see it's got a filter in it also, I wonder if the filter is half blocked because it's never been changed before which is why it's not providing adequate oil flow or oil pressure through the filter from the pump unit which is causing this shuddering problem?

I had a 2005 XC90, almost put 300k km on it, became very well acquainted with all the issues and fixed most myself including the haldex service. Now I have a 2019 XC90 with almost 200k km

Yeah, I reckon the filter is blocked
