Pure junk- you should dump it immediately before it spontaneously combusts or you lose 70% of value- Your only option is to sell it to me for $50k Please pm me your routing # and I will bail you out of this horrendous position-
I'm fast approaching 29K on my 360. Once I hit 30K (in a couple of week or so) I'll probably just sell it for parts...
Be realistic. Nobody wants parts with 30k miles on them. Everybody knows they spontaneously melt shortly after that.
Got 22k on mine, crossing fingers that it makes it to 30k miles at which point I'll drive it off a cliff and collect insurance! Sent from my SM-S906U1 using FerrariChat.com mobile app
That's it? This is not my picture but it popped up recently in the 360/430 owners group on Facebook of someone somewhere setting up a goal post. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Not sure if it's the same guy, but I met an F430 owner at a cars and coffee meet sponsored by Ferrari of Silicone Valley. He mentioned he was pushing about that amount of mileage. Blue F430, front end splattered with rock chips as trophies of him actually driving it. He talked about lots of track driving as well, certainly used the car as we all dreamed we could as kids. Everything was also very stock. He mentioned he's gone through six factory headers.
WOW, that is a pretty significant picture. Is there more story on that? I tried to join the 360/430 owner's group on facebook, but my request has disappeared twice. Not sure what's up with that....
A 430 engine probably would last about as long as a BMW if people didn't insist on revving it to 8,500 rpm every shift. The weakest point is probably the throwout bearing.
