Sinusoidal hum from the rear wheels, at a speed of 95-120 km / h, if i am driving faster - the sound disappears. What could it be? Rubber, bearing, cardan shaft, differential?

Could be a bearing. However, if it's more sinusoidal in nature, I would first start by looking at your brake pads/rotor. If the rotor it out of plane even .003-.005" and/or the pads aren't retracting fully, sometimes that can cause noises as you are describing. Also, does it sound like it's coming from both wheels or just one side of the car. If both, it might be related to the differential or something related to the drive train.

If you lightly apply the brakes while traveling that speed, does it alter the sound any?

You might also try coasting in neutral and see - while traveling that speed - if the sound goes away when you take the engine torque out of the equation momentarily, etc.

I tried neutral, but sound not gone, I can't tell if the sound is coming from one wheel or two, so I ordered new hub now, then will check
