    One of the most popular and hard to get Patek models out there.

    The complications of this model and how they are beautifully put together on the dial is what makes this watch stand out.

    It has the annual calendar, which shows you the date, day, and month. Also has the 24hr function and the most interesting and not often seen, the moon-phase.

    It comes on a leather strap which makes the watch feel light and comfortable on the wrist. Also gives it a dressy look, so can be worn on both dress and casual.

    The watch comes with everything pictured. It comes with the outer and inner Patek box, the cloth cover for the inner box, warranty papers, all booklets, the pusher, & tag.
    Also comes with alligator strap.

    It is in excellent condition. Minor marks here and there but overall very clean.

    Correct. Any nautilus is very difficult to get. The more purchases you have with your AD the more likely you are to get one. OP price is in line with the current market.
