Is it just with that lower front spoiler being white, I can now notice it, or is that something aftermarket/different/a little deeper? Has (or gives) a bit of a Lambo-esque design look to the front.

No matter what they build today, the Ferraris of this era ( and past ) are the only ones that evoke the emotion of what a Ferrari really means. Does that make any sense ? Im not sure I can put pen to paper on what Im trying to say or what Im feeling.. This emotion I speak of, ends with the 355 / Enzo in my estimation.(with mid mounted motors) I can look at this picture on my computer for hours on end, same with my 328 . Ferrari was able to continue this emotion with the modern V12 s , 550 , 575 , 599 , F12 , 812 . The F8 / Sp3 Daytona ares the best looking cars to come out of Ferrari since the Enzo , whether or not they evoke the same Ferrari emotion of the F40 / F50 , thats another question.

    Big G.

The " stare at it " factor , of this car, is a 10....If it was a warm summer night instead of a cold and rainy winter one, I would drive over to my shop, get in the 328 and drive it all night, until the sun came out . Thats how I feel when looking at the picture of this car , and that my friends, is what its all about.

My '79 was originally white. That pic makes me sad I didn't go back to it when I had it repainted.
I LOVE that front spoiler. It completely changes the look of the car for the better.
    Enjoy it!!!

    CONGRATULATIONS!!

lomotpk - I'm really happy this one sold! I had seen it for sale for a while and thought it looked like a good example, but was baffled why no one had snatched it up for so long. If I was in the market, I would have for sure. It has some aftermarket changes that aren't original, but I think they're well done and tasteful. I don't know if the 308 GT4 was your goal, or if it was any Ferrari — either way, congrats! For me, the 308 GT4 was a life-long obsession and it took me 35 years from the day I first saw one as a teenager to the day I owned one.

If you need anything, message me. I've got a number of PDF documents (workshop manual, parts manual, etc.) that you might want/need if you don't already have them.

+1 -- I didn't mean to imply that I thought it was a bad thing (nor that since it has a touch of Lambo-look styling, it was a sin ;)). I just didn't recall ever seeing one like that before (and since it looked so good that surprised me). Very appropriate looking and not overly gaudy -- a lay person would never guess that that it isn't stock (which is my yardstick for judging modifications).

Macel Gandini designed cars from the 70;s look great in any colour .This includes his only Ferrari irritation .
They are like fine ( mostly French ) wines …..just get better with age .

First Ferrari I ever drove and, like Christopher, only took me 40+ years to finally consummate the deal. ;)
Congrats and love the white! Wish mine was white (or almost any color beside Rossa :D )
