    Hi
Did Ferrari improve the weak headers at some point? I red that from model year 2008 they were reinforced but is that true?

Yes, they made an improved version that still failed but at a slower rate.

My model year 2008 had the "new and improved headers" and they failed.
Bought new Challenge headers from factory. Which are very affordable compared to aftermarket headers.
These headers do not have pre-cats, so there is no risk for major (engine) problems if they fail in the future.
Also removed lower exhaust brackets to avoid stress on the headers.
The car is running fine and no CEL whatsoever.
There is more Fchat folks that have applied the same solution and can confirm this.

I did the same. Really like the sound. Make sure you reset your ECU by turning off the battery for a day.

Eurospares. I received mine in a few weeks as they were on back order. If they have them in stock it's 3-4 days from order.

I've noticed the prices changes on these headers. A while back they were 640 and today they are over $2k. There are times when they list them at around 1k each.

Thanks for this info. Would M8 copper nuts be better for the studs? I also bought replacement titanium bolts from headers to cats w info from AV. https://aldousvoice.com/2014/03/25/ferrari-f430-exhaust-manifold-change/
