Had mine rebuilt by a guy in B.C. Canada. Never held good pressure correctly. Won't return phone calls. Who else does this type of work?

I know it's a Daytona, but on the 400 we end-up with substitues made by SGS (https://www.sgs-engineering.com/gsc1263-ferrari-400-bonnet-strut).

They do not look exactly the same though, and from memory, the daytona do have a distinctive "fat" diameter.

This being said, failing struts are a pain and can cause damage if the bonnet collapses, so better to have reliable parts under the hood and keep the remanufactured ones in the garage.

No need for hokey looking, inaccurate “substitutes” (for Daytona) when quality OEM size & style replacements and/or rebuild services are available.

Funny, I was thinking something in those lines when looking at the "substitutes" shown on the links above, but perhaps P.B. doesn't have brick-and-mortar presence in EU or UK ?
