    My final option question, as I'm finalizing my spider build. 0IG1 is "Pilots signature engine cover" Cost in US is $1,012. Has anyone seen this, or know something about this. It would be sort of cool to have LeClerc and Sainz sign the engine cover, but I wonder how durable the signatures would be. I understand potential fading, but I wouldn't want to pay a thousand dollars and then have my dealer service department wipe them off! Maybe covered by Ferrari's warranty?

    Its interesting they have an option code for this now- Ive seen this done on several cars- and on those cars, the signatures are on part they can clear coat over so they do not fade. I think you can order it with confidence, its nice to have a little extra personal touch. Just verify about the clear coat over the signatures.

    Thank you for the information. If the signatures are clear coated, that would be fine. 0IG2 is for production workers signatures. Same price as the drivers. I'd rather get the drivers!

    Drivers change. I don't know if I would want the current driver's name on my car forever.
